2. Choose Real Food
As I have brought up nutritious food, perhaps this year, if you haven’t already can be dedicated to eating real food – natural foods, foods that are not overly processed, that are not full of chemicals, additives and processed sugars.
Let’s get rid of all the junk food we use as snacks and let’s not get too caught up with the low fat, low sugar, etc but focus on realistic portions of real food.
Food That tastes good, fills us up, and good foods that we simply enjoy.
