Accepting Joyful Movement
Most of the attitudes we face around exercise are pretty harsh. Think of the go hard or go home mentality. Think of the television programs that showcase weight loss at any cost and how the trainers push people beyond their limits of physical endurance. Exercise is challenging, something we must endure to reach the end goal of weight loss. It is as enjoyable as the teaching with the feather duster trying to get you to jump over the horse!
