Start looking at healthy and nutritious foods that you should be eating each day. If you are starting a new plan or continuing on your current plan go back to basics and look at all the wonderful foods you can have. (not what you can’t have).
Create a list of go-to foods and snacks so that you can add variety and new recipes and not feel as if you are putting yourself on a strict diet but rather know what is available and good for you. Put a meal plan together and let it include one or treats in the week and be sure each day you are getting each of the food groups.
