Focus on achieving one thing at a time and be realistic about your goals and the expectation you have placed on yourself.
Having too many things to achieve can become overwhelming and if you don’t achieve it all, you can feel like a failure. This can then lower your chance of achieving any of your goals. Focus on changing one behavior at a time then move on to the next thing. Let’s do it right this time!
It’s about getting things in perspective, getting things done, and making positive changes to achieve what we want.
Remember no one can hit their target with their eyes closed!
