9. Watch those portions!

One of the most common reasons for difficulty maintaining and losing weight is portion control.

Is it time for you to take a second look at your serving sizes or perhaps keep those kitchen scales on your kitchen bench? Visible at all times! Be very mindful of what a serve is, look at the nutritional label on the packaging for the portion size and use your hands to guide you but don’t guess! All food manufacturers have their own portion sizes.
