To lose weight, you need to create an energy deficit by eating fewer calories or increasing the number of calories you burn through physical activity or both.
The remarkable complexity of the gut and its huge significance to our overall health is a point of increasing research. Many studies in the past 20 or so years have shown a connection between your gut health and your immune system, your mood, your mental health, diseases, endow-krine disorders (such as pituitary gland, the thyroid, basically hormones etc) skin conditions, and cancer.
