8. Find people to support you.
The environment and the people you surround yourself with play a big part when it comes to achieving your goals.
It can be easy to say you want to lose weight, but if the people around you are eating chips and cake every day, it can be challenging to say no. Surround yourself with people who will support you and care about your journey, that will keep you accountable in a positive way. Tell your close work colleagues, friends, and family and share with them your reasons why it’s important for you to achieve your goals.
Sometimes if we don’t tell others how important our journey is to us; how will they ever know.
